Delivery Policy

My Forever Near delivers digital videos only. Nothing is shipped.

1. How you receive your video

After you submit your photo, we create a preview. When you pay, the full video is available on your order page, where you can preview it and download it. Please keep the link to your order page, because it is how you return to your videos.

2. How long it takes

A preview usually appears within 1 to 3 minutes. It can take longer when many people are using the Service. The full video is available right after payment, usually within a minute.

3. What you receive

• A video file in MP4 format, about 5 seconds long, in 1080p quality.
• Sound created by the AI together with the video, such as soft music.
• The preview carries a watermark and is in 1080p. The video you receive after payment does not.

4. Photo requirements

Photos should be JPG or PNG files, up to 20 MB, at least 300 pixels on each side, clear, and large enough to show the people well. Photos where faces are hidden, very small, very blurry or cut off may give weaker results. We may ask you to choose a different photo.

5. How long your download is available

Your download link works for 30 days after purchase. Please save a copy of your video. After that period we delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. If delivery goes wrong

If we cannot create or deliver your video, we will tell you and either try again or refund you, as set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available. Maintenance, outages of our providers, or other events outside our control may cause delays.
